These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Genfollio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and must be legally able to accept these terms.
Acceptable use
- Use Genfollio only lawfully. Do not infringe rights; publish unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious material; impersonate others; probe or disrupt security; spread malware; scrape without permission; evade limits; or use the service to spam.
Your content
- You retain ownership of portfolio, project, blog, image, and post content you submit. You grant Genfollio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and fulfill your instructions.
- You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit.
Facebook integration responsibilities
- When available, connect only Facebook Pages you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for every item you choose or schedule to publish and for complying with Meta policies and applicable law.
- Publishing may stop when permissions or tokens expire, are revoked, or become invalid. Facebook and other third-party platform availability, features, approvals, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid features, prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal information, and cancellation options will be presented at purchase. Payment services may be provided by third parties. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees already incurred are not refundable.
Suspension and termination
- You may stop using Genfollio at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, material breach, or protection of users and the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Service disclaimer
- Genfollio is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, while not excluding rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, Genfollio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
- We may revise these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. We will post the revised terms and update the date shown here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
