Facebook Data Deletion

You can request deletion of Facebook integration data from Genfollio using either method below.

Method 1: Disconnect in Genfollio

Sign in to Genfollio.
Open Settings.
Open Integrations.
Select Facebook.
Click “Disconnect Facebook”.
Confirm “Delete Facebook integration data”.

Method 2: Email support

Email [email protected] with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request”. Include your Genfollio account email and Facebook Page name.
Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Data covered by deletion

Deletion may include the Facebook user identifier stored for the integration, Facebook Page ID and Page name, encrypted Facebook access tokens, granted permission records, and Facebook publishing history stored by Genfollio.

Processing time

We will process deletion requests within 30 days, unless information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal requirements.

Remove Genfollio from Facebook

You can also open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Genfollio → Remove. Removing the app at Facebook may revoke access but does not replace a Genfollio deletion request for data already stored by Genfollio.
